This is my friend, Oceana of the Canadian Pacific. She's a professional mermaid entertainer, and also works as an extra actress in Vancouver. She got a few shot of her in-tail on THE Jolly Roger from the set of Once Upon A Time while she was in "Storybooke", or where they shoot it at least!
